We would recommend this hotel, great value for money. The room was big and the breakfast was delicious! Incredible base for a short stay. We had goodies and coffee at more than cake, it was located next door to the venue.

magnificent location, satisfactory breakfast with lots of food. beach is near the hotel. also, we could visit eastbourne pier, it was 5 minutes' drive away.
